 | Forum Thread | Is this the ridiculous state of the Swans ticket office? at 00:21 12 Mar 2025
Jacks this is from a private social media page. But I think it's probably ok I post here without giving specific sources: Ladies and gentlemen I present you Swansea city, purchased tickets for tomorrow nights against Watford was told to go to the ticket office which by the way is closed, met a gentleman who wanted to buy 20 plus tickets for Saturdays game š¤¦āāļøbut was unable to get hold of anyone I then email the club and get this response back šš āknock the windowā most unprofessional club at times makes Myra and her tin at the vetch look amazing. (tummer again) Then he posts the email reply: (/not tummer) Good morning,. Thank you for your email: If you're local to the Swansea.com stadium and knock on the window we can bring them out to you, alternatively you can collect from Watford on the day of the match Kind regards, Ticket Office |
 | Forum Thread | Another plane crash in a major US East Coast city - Philadelphia at 02:18 1 Feb 2025
After my country goes well over a decade with no notable airplane disasters, we suddenly get two back to back. Hell of a coincidence. Not a conspiracy theorist, but I wouldn't get on a plane going to New York, Boston, or Baltimore this weekend if you offered me Liz Hurley. [Post edited 1 Feb 2:26]

Knew about her as long as I can remember as a celebrity and Mick's ex. First thing I knew of her as a singer was the creepy part of that boring Metallica song from the 90s, decades after her voice had been completely changed by severe laryngitis and drugs (per Wikipedia). Had a beautiful voice in the 60s though. |

You'd be confused and discombobulated too if you could only walk diagonally. |

How many fans do Osprey's draw for a big game? I think I saw them once on a random broadcast on BEIN or some other fringe sports network several years ago. The Liberty was pretty empty. |
 | Forum Thread | Our crap pitch at 01:32 22 Jan 2025
One nice feature this season for American Jacks is Paramount Plusā coverage of the whole FL, but particularly the Championship. Past championship seasons, weāve had to watch 90+% of the league matches on Swans TV. While PP mostly ignored us at the start of the season outside of the home Cardiff fixture and a couple others, lately theyāve picked up a lot of them. This means we hear honest opinions about the state of the club. Last 3 or 4 Swansea.com fixtures, itās come up every time that our pitch is torn up to hell, each time insisting that it hurts us given our playing style. My apologies if this has been discussed around here and Iām ferdy. But since there is nothing about it on page 1 of the board, please entertain my novice questions. 1) Is a choppy pitch really a competitive disadvantage? Yes, I get that we are possession-based, and our crap pitch gives us more chances for a bad bounce to lead to disaster. But if none of the other pitches in the division are in this kind of shape, isnāt that disadvantage offset by the fact our players should have the benefit of familiarity, of knowing where the bad spots are? 2) How many other clubs in EFL share their pitch with a rugby club? Are all of those pitches crap, or do those clubs manage it better? In any case, hereās hoping ownership takes into account the pitch we share with Ospreys, and donāt go after another gaffer with LWās philosophy, when he goes away. [Post edited 22 Jan 1:34]

 | Forum Reply | Anthony Fauci pardoned at 15:26 21 Jan 2025
The great thing about it, is that now: 1) you are giving the department of justice probable cause to open up a deep investigation into Fauci's ties to the Wuhan lab, and a deeper dive into the things he has already been caught lying about;Ā 2) these "pardonees" - most importantly Fauci and the Biden family - can't plead the 5th.because they aren't and won't be under indictment. They've got to testify now, because these pardons still don't make them immune from perjury. While it's unfortunate that these criminals won't ever be held accountable, they will still get fully exposed, which is what America really needs to ensure we never again make the same mistakes. |

And in case anyone is wondering SPECIFICALLY why Tony Mengele is being pardoned, the fact it goes back to 2014 makes it very clear. [Post edited 20 Jan 19:01]
