He's Rangers till his contact is up. Which is fair enough. I think its only right he should finish the season with us. Let's go for a top 6 finish. Like others have said, it wasn't £2 million up front.
Other clubs will be watching this, and im sure JD's agent will be talking to them too. He's a free agent in a few months time, i dont know why any club would come in for him now.?
In 1995 i completely under appreciated Prince. Don't get me wrong , i loved his music but i just thought he was just another pop star . I didn't realise how utterly shite music will get in the next 30 years. I just took it as standard these pop stars with talent would just tick over forever. Where the hell have they gone. Seriously?
Done a Leftfield -Leftism radio mix with some other tracks of the same ilk. . Early 90s shizzle. On vinyl. If you do check it out, apologies for talking over the tracks, its part of the radio deal to give shout outs and track ID's etc.. lol
Watched The Joker 2. Great acting by Phoenix but nothing really happens in the film. It's also a musical, which is odd. It's almost like Todd Phillips was told to make another film due to the success of the last one and just threw this out there. This has nothing to do with the DC comic Joker and is just a film about a very sad, mentally disturbed person. They teased something bigger was going to happen but they kinda bottled it.
Love this. Nice one. Leftfields signature sound was that heavy dub quality. It took dance music into different territory. Perhaps I should have started a Dub music thread ?
It's possibly my fav track on the album , along with Inspection (check one) and Song of Life. Leftfield also made loads of solid remixes and variations of these tunes that keep the sound fresh. I'm seeing them in May at Brixton so looking forward to that. Shame Paul Daley isn't with them anymore though.
1995 a good year for music ? This seminal album was released for a start , Leftfield- Leftism 30 years ago today. kicking off today's Friday music thread... Release the Pressure.
