In keeping with the general negativity and with a year end theme, what's your worst QPR related decision of 2012?

Could be your own decision or a clubs decision...

Mine without doubt is selling Helguson, boring I know, but if we still had HH, we without doubt wouldn't be in our current mess.

It can only be sacking NW and bringing in the meticulous ambitious c@nt MH.

Mine: Spending my hard earned cash following the team away from home.

Club: Appointing Hughes and everyone/thing that came with it!

Renewing my season ticket.

And buying my Mrs as she retired from her Hockey club.

A player that did very well for us in The Championship AND The Premiership & was treated like shit, its almost like our "culture" as a club in The Premiership has been to treat our players that got us there & kept us there like shit & we deserve everything we get as a result.

This.

This would be the stand out decision but it happened in 2011.

Another one, I'm ashamed of this, I walked out of the Liverpool home game when Coates scored...mitigating circumstance I live on the Isle of Wight and it was the difference between the 11PM ferry or the 1AM.

It would have to be sacking Warnock wouldn't it? And not getting rid of 'our Joey' in that window - I get the impression he had a lot to do with Warnock getting the boot. Hughes has been a disaster from start to finish. I think, looking back that the optimism among the fans has to be seen as pretty embarrassing. Lastly Mackie's miss against Swansea was probably a much bigger turning point than any of us realise.

I think the sacking of Warnock and not letting him have a full transfer window to see what he could of done.

Smells like a trout farm in here

Barton caused unrest in the dressing room, demoralised Adel and got Warnock sacked. If Warnock can blame anyone for not being at QPR now its himself for his bad judgement in signing Barton.

Changing Helguson for Zamora was a bad error Helguson is better than Zamora and was comitted to QPR. Zamora is comitted to his big wage and has no interest in QPR or football in general. The other mistakes are Hughes decrepid overpaid old boys that he brought in, putting Dyer in the squad instead of Luke Young, not getting an adequate central defender and not getting young players with potential that we could have added value to.

The biggest error though was not sacking Hughes and his pathetic entourage much earlier, when I and many others could see he was useless, to give us a chance to stay up.

Who's Next?
