There wasn't any sign of any new pitch covers knocking about, not something easily hidden I would've thought. Think the groundsmen did a good job putting the covers down on Wednesday. |
They had put some covers down within half-hour of last Saturday's match finishing as well. | |

If you who are you think (and let's be honest it's not exactly difficult to narrow it down with so few of us there this morning!) thank you for the offer of your gloves.
We wanted to get there earlier, but had a couple other things that needed to be done before heading to the ground. I felt awful for turning up late when I saw how few there were helping.
Re the young lad, I have to say I loved his enthusiasm (I'm sure the covers are a bit heavy for him lol) but he's always there with his dad(?) when the club asks for help. It's refreshing to see a youngster wanting to do that.
Let's hope come 16:50 we get the reward we want :) |
