Mark Robins 13:39 - Nov 7 with 2256 views | andrew1302 | I am sure this will be unpopular but on reading thru all the comments on this site I do not think it unfair to say the majority of fans have or are losing faith in the senior management and the players. Something has to change or you will end up with fan v players ie Jimmy Dunne the other night. If Nourry and others won't leave and it should be them , Marti is the only other option. Again I don't think it is unfair to say he does not appear to know what to do next and is floundering. Mark Robins is a proven Championship manager and whilst I see all the arguments for not changing manager it is also true to say 99% of people on this site think with some certainty that we will be relegated with the current set up. We can't the players, those in charge refuse to acknowledge their incompetence which leaves only one fall guy
Mark Robins on 13:44 - Nov 7 with 2182 views | GaryBannister86 | Why shouldn't Nourry leave? It should be him before Marti. If the fans who agree with this get on his back, it won't be long before he runs back to his posh agency rubbish. Robins is a brilliant manager, but whoever is under this guy will fail.
Mark Robins on 13:47 - Nov 7 with 2153 views | Toast_R | Mark Robins you'd imagine, will not be out of work for long. There will be other openings in the Championship or even above, as the season progresses and Club owners get twitchy. Most will be far more attractive then little under nourished, under performing and financially restricted QPR. He'd be absolutely F-ing crazy to come here. [Post edited 7 Nov 13:48]

Mark Robins on 13:55 - Nov 7 with 2059 views | andrew1302 | And to me that last comment reflects the general feeling around the club currently. I share it and that has to change. I can't see Nourry giving up. His ego appears pretty massive, 12 years of experience etc so we need change and someone has to go
Mark Robins on 13:55 - Nov 7 with 2054 views | aston_hoop | "If Nourry and others won't leave and it should be them , Marti is the only other option" I don't really see it like that. It shouldn't be the case that we cut our head coach just because the actual people who are the problem want to remain. Cifuentes is not the issue so Robins will not be the answer.

Mark Robins on 13:57 - Nov 7 with 2041 views | andrew1302 | The principle is something has to change. We haven't won at home this season , the fans are pissed off. I simply don't think things can stay as they are. New manager a win and the attitude shifts

Changing something for the sake of it would be a short term thing that would not guarantee anything. Nothing at all. Change Cifuentes and we may or may not get a new manager bounce, its not something that is a guarantee and then we have the same issue again because we have the same squad and the same people running it.

Just don't be the person that chucks out the shoes and buys new ones only to tread back in the shyte

Just don't be the person who thinks, christ this shite on my shoe stinks, and then takes his jumper off, throws it in the bin, and toddles on in his shite covered shoes. QVC [Post edited 7 Nov 17:18]

Mark Robins on 14:23 - Nov 7 with 1814 views | sixnil | Pretty sure Marti is not the issue here...our depth of squad and recuitment strategy on a very tight budget certainly is. Both Cov and ourselves have lost key championship players. Not all the incomings will work, as big feet to fill on the available budgets..we can see some green shoots, but it will take time and changing the manager will not work in my opinion. Recruitment is obviously an issue. I like the young, skillful players, but this needs to be mixed with proven EFL pros. I personally think we will be ok under Marti, once we get players back and add wisely in January. If some of the new players make the grade, then I expect us to finish the season stronger. Mark Robins is a decent manager; sacking him or Marti seems mental, based on our league positions. Maybe Marti had a big say in the new signings, in which case I understand the comments, but I am sceptical whether he had much input. If he did, then bring Mark Robins in. If Nourry ringfenced recruitment, then he needs to go, or proive he's learnt in January.

Mark Robins on 17:31 - Nov 7 with 1100 views | Northernr | Mark Robins has just left Coventry because they’re bringing in exactly the system we’ve got here. He isn’t coming to second bottom QPR to work as a coach for Nourry and Belk.
