I might speak to him Rich though someone in the NHS will be better placed. It may just be a massive oversight by senior management but as the days go by it looks awful and my wife is getting stressed to the point she is getting ill. | |

I hate that . I was under severe pressure several times in Police and I wasn’t best company then. Maybe she needs to pack it in and walk off into the Mumbles sunset with you ,hand in hand. Give our regards to the Red Bugger | |

If it goes to a tribunal muddying the waters is not the best advice. Stay transparent, keep your integrity and remain open to conciliation. | |

It is worth giving ACAS a ring. It's nothing formal and no need to give names etc. They don't give advice but if possible give what the employment standing is. They might not give the info you need but at worse a wasted phone call. If you do decide it's worth making notes before hand so you don't forget anything. | | | |
