Pacifico (made by Grupo Modelo, the same guys who make Corona) is actually a much better beer. Think Corona only much better, and without the skunkyness.
It's funny, in Mexico Corona is considered a trash beer, and Pacifico is much more expensive. But go anywhere outside Mexico, and they are the same price, just because Corona is marketed better.

Modelo, especially Modelo Negro, is a far superior beer to Corona. Unless it is absolutely scorching I don't get how anyone would drink Bud/Miller/Coors/ Corona/Sol or other tasteless fizz. So many good beers, even lagers, without this pop.
