Lots of fans still being marched to the stadium. And trouble in the ground.

Bubble next year? Hope not!

Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

Statement now on BBC, Bristol City and Sky Sports sites.
25 Swans Fans thrown out of the ground, fan from Swans hit someone from Wales in the Park and was arrested.
Surely they must be look at the Bristol fans on the pitch.

Don't they mean 25 home fans escorted from the ground? At one stage there was one going out every minute, all worzels.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Swans fans they are saying.
Not really saying much about the Werzel. ....probably trying to blame Swansea

Police not wanting to look like they lost the plot and Bristol City fans were not to blame as much as Swansea City fans.

It’s quite obvious to me an Avon and Somerset police that that guy in the Stone Island clobber is actually a Swans fan coming back from a solo mission in the Bristol City end and getting hugged and slapped on the back by adoring Swans fans.

I anticipate someone who resembles him from Swansea will receive a lifetime ban for stepping on the pitch.

Looks like the law has caught up with quite a few people since the game. Looks like a quite a few have won a holiday all inclusive stays at Her Majesty’s pleasure as well as 6 year banning orders.

One of the Bridgend lot has a 2 year banning order from this game.

Been following the Swans for 40 odd years I’d imagine a few on this site would know him.

What I don't understand about this, is the footage i watched at the time, it was bristol attacking swans fans, they seemed to be the instigators..The swans fans were just defending themselves? Unless they have been done for trouble outside the ground as well? I can't understand that, seems's kinda harsh?

Edit. Just re-read and I can see someone was done for trouble before, during and after the game.. Not sure about the rest of the ones sentenced but no way should any swans fans be doing time or banning orders for any trouble solely inside the ground,

I was at the game. During the game it looked as if it was just Bristol fans causing the trouble. I presume the Swans fans were involved after the game.

I thought the Swans fans down that corner acted with a fair amount of restraint to be honest. A few Wurzels managed to jump over the hoarding unimpeded and run at the Swans fans who luckily for them or the stewards did not jump over to retaliate.

I guess, makes you think though, it's there on video swans fans did nothing inside the ground, just protecting themselves! So i wonder was it the same outside, before and after the game?

"I was at the game" - no way could that be anyone's opinion who was actually at the game. All the problems sparked off by a hundred or so idiots who not once looked to see what was happening on the pitch. Utter scrum the lot of them.

Bristol "fans" were taunting Swans fans from before kick off, Swans "fans" giving it back. Nothing happened for about 30 minutes until a load of Swans fans arrived late (some who may have had a drink or two). That is when it all kicked off in the left hand side at least.
The Swans fans were just ax culpable.
I lost my rag with a few of them as Bristol scored whilst all this was going on ( goal was disallowed) and said in esessence they should watch the game instead of the opposition fans.
A small minority yet again letting Swans fans down.
Anyone who missed all that obviously didn't have as good a view as we did

From the footage and with my own eyes at the match, I saw no Swans fans jumping over the hoardings&going onto the pitch or trying to get into the home end. So how are they just as culpable? We're swans fans meant to not goad and wind up the Wurzels in case they lost their heads!? It was them on the pitch&in the corner.

This goading and banter goes on at every single away game, although not every home teams fans leave their stand to try and attack swans fans. As I said earlier a lot of the Swans fans in the away end acted with some decent restraint!

A couple of Jacks did leave the seated area and confronted a few Wurzels in the corner mate. Not that i blame them mind, poke someone then there will be a reaction.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.
