Just to point out, to anyone going hoopla about all these 'battling', 'well-earned' nil-nil draws - they're as good as useless. Basically, if a team draws every game through a season, they will be relegated.
Sure, they're better than losing but a couple of slutchy 1-0 wins equates to six battling, well-earned bore-outs.
It's a concern that Hill is currently packing his subs' bench with our most attacking players (and arguably our best in Done, Davies, Slew, Andrew etc), as if he's actively seeking draws.
Rochdale, since time began, has always been a side that plays better off the front foot, going for it rather than consolidating etc. We'll probably revert to type eventually but will lose a lot of points in the meantime.

For the record
Mans sweet - Trebor extra strong mints
Women's sweet - Palma Violets
Fittest Cartoon Character - She Ra, Cheetara, Betty Rubble... and for some reason The Cadbury Bunny... which sort of completes the circle, although Cadbury's Caramel is a confectionary not a sweet.
you need to change the record TT mints are a whole new genre are they even a sweet? but if we're talking mints I raise you the king of mints Polo mints, find a hole in that if you can.

For Foxs sake, it's easier to see through a glacier mint!

Now you are into well known territory for me, and I presume Kiwidale. Fox Glacier / Te Moeka o Tuawe, is about 12 Km long. Not sure if its minty though?

Your tasting notes are eagerly awaited, and comparative speed with what has been described as our glacial attack

Alas, I will be unable to to give taste reference. Like Kiwidale I have been to Fox glacier. Even though it is retreating, at a pace of around a few metres a year, you are not allowed to touch the glacier. Either ice fall danger, or your tongue might stick to it, I am not sure exactly. Similarly, I am unable to compare this pace to our attack, as You Tube highlights of 2 minutes do not give an overall picture. My Apologies for my failure, but efforts are currently being made to rectify the second part of the problem. A camera has been purchased to enable me to post photos of proof, that I did actually attend the games.

Ah, is that why the Maori's stick their tongues out during the Haka? To prove they haven't been glacier-licking?
No photos required, btw, and you'll be pleased to hear the speed with which we've scored two of our last three goals (the penalty aside) means the average speed of our attacks this season has increased from 0.00038mph to 16.7mph; which, were the Fox glacier to retreat by the same margin would see the world deprived of glacier mints overnight

Would this apply to Glacier Fruits too (asking for a friend).

Glacier fruits aren't to be mentioned in polite company* - we all know they're responsible for global warming and if your 'friend' (we all know it's you really!) continues to suck, you'll have Greenpeace on your doorstep in no time, as the emissions can be detected using their special Rainbow Warrior fructose kit. They're often stationed in Morecambe Bay (for obvious reasons) so beware!

I'm sure Fisherman's fiends (sic) are worse?
I can also report I had a purple one (GF) in that exact location and have so far gone unpunished. Unless it's like speeding tickets and the fine's in the post.

It doesn't surprise me in the least that your girlfiend (sic) was purple, due to that exact location
It also explains why you've not been troubled by the fructose emissions brigade - they're probably scared shitless
btw - i'd keep away from glacier mints too, or you'll have the GM folk to reckon with

"A mint treat that’s big on freshness!
Gobble down an Oddfellows mint for a refreshing hit that’ll last a long time. This generously sized mint has been a staple of New Zealand families and office workers for years. We have to warn you though, they are really minty!" .
Perhaps this is why they have their tongues out, after sucking on an oddfellow?
