Any appeal would in truth be a waste of time Borre fails to qualify on numerous levels. first he isn't a £10 million player, second he hasn't played anywhere near enough full international games, next Swansea don't appear to be showing the real level of commitment to the player so on that basis I doubt any appeal would be sucessful. It seems to me that Chelsea's case was far stronger in that he has played two seasons already in Holland which is counted in one of the top leagues where he has done well. He has already played on numerous occasions for his country plus it seems that he will be part of Chelsea's first team squad |

Poor article If Swansea were granted a work permit he would have to have remained at Swansea. If he went to say Bristol City they would have to get a permit and that would of course fail because In one it would shown that he wasn't an elite player and also where is the commitment to the player fromSwansea? |
