Not so much "discovered" in later life, but I appreciate them a lot more are the Load and Reload albums by Metallica. Many hate these albums because they are not in the same thrash metal style of the first 4 albums. The more I listen to them, the more I enjoy them. Standout tracks for me are.....

Grew up in Little Warren, moved away for a while and have lived in Baglan, Taibach, down the beach, pretty much everywhere except Sandfields lol. Currently residing in the land of the twitching curtains. |

SEX were regulars in The Corner House (red lion). I think that’s where I first seen them. Quite a bizzare one was Phil Jones with that Dracula cape.
Don’t know if you remember a punk guy called “Stout”, used to have a band called Septicaemia. They were a bit crackers too |

Stoke home, Tuesday night, must have been around 1990ish. Some Cardiff fans from Port Talbot were in the away end with Stoke. Betty was going nuts trying to get down the front and on the pitch,police came in the NB with dogs and this Alsatian was inches away from Betty snarling at him.
Betty says to the copper "if that dog bites me, I'll bite the c**t back".
Th copper lets a bit more leash off the dog, in the blink of an eye Betty picked up the dog and bit him on the back 😂😂 |

Garnffrwd is my regular lake, then I fish the afan and the wye for river sport.
Trialled for the Welsh bank team last year, missed out though. Gonna give it another shot this year I think |

Fly fishing for me, I get out a few times a month. Local and national still waters .i also do salmon & sea trout fishing during the season. I tie my own flies too. |
