I thought I could see where the Club was trying to take us with the appointment of Crumpet and Boil. I thought Crumpet's sacking was premature but I could see that they thought Boil was the man to take us further in terms of building a solid squad playing expansive football. Even the Critchley appointment made sense in that they hoped he could carry on where Boil left off. The appointment of Wild One appears to me to be a panic move, both out of desperation to save us from relegation by appointing a QPR legend who they hoped could motivate and unite players and fans and it kind of worked well eventually!!! The championship is a strange beast and the kind of football that grind out results isn't always very beautiful so i guess we will have to see. But I do feel the Club has shifted their ambition down a gear |

The Club has asked QPR1st to send representative to this meeting for next week. The Agenda we have been given is as follows: Notes from last meeting - Start of season re-cap - Fan communication - Mystery shops - Website update - Stadium and training ground - Supporter issues - AOB We have asked for outcomes from the Safety Advisory Committee to be discussed as well as the club's decision not to enter into reciprocal pricing agreements such as the one offered by Ispwich Let us know any questions or concerns you want us to raise by next Tuesday Thanks |

I sit in R block and remember what you describe. Ironically we were directed by the police to where the Millwall fans are. The police stated that this time there was no intention of stopping qpr fans turning left into LR when leaving ER> Hopefully this will be the case |

Thanks folk for your comments and ideas. Will report back on what the Club and the police tell us. Yes it is depressing that we even have to consider the risk of trouble in this day and age. |

The purpose of the meeting will be for the Police in conjunction with the Clu to explain what safety precautions are going to be taken for the QPR v Millwall match, with the aim of ensuring that both sets of fans can enjoy the game safely. Any thoughts/ issues please add to this thread by 5 pm tomorrow or email info@qpr1st.com Thanks |

I have known Andy Evans for years and the amazing work he has done in the name of QPR. He is inspirational. Anybody who slags him off must be ignorant of the great work he has done. |

Nazir Razak coming on board only last month doesn't suggest Tony is thinking of putting QPR on the market |

Following on from the 'on a lighter note' thread... I work with the National Autistic Society and proud to say that QPR has become the first football Club to get our Access Award. This is because of the efforts they are making to try to help fans with autism and their families have a good time at Loftus Road. This includes providing an easy read guide to visiting loftus road and developing an autism awareness programme to be delivered to staff in the coming months. Part of the award also relates to the great work done by qpr in the community in supporting people with autism in schools and adult provision. The club is also required to ask fans with autism or their families for feedback which the Club is currently doing through the following questionnaire. Please do let the Club know what they are doing well but also what they could improve. http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/qpr-autism-survey-loftus-road-2204400.aspx |
| Forum Reply | We want you to have a say on the new stadium — draft survey published at 12:58 5 Apr 2014
Disabled fans QPR1st consider that it is vitally important that disabled fans are consulted about the new stadium plans. but we are not necessarily convinced that this would be best done through the format of an online written questionnaire intended to be answered by all fans. Rather it might make more sense for disabled fans to be consulted through other means or in a more targeted way. With the club's co-operation for example questionnaires could be sent to all fans registered with the club as having a disability Nevertheless whatever QPR1st might suggest we feel it would be most appropriate for the QPR Disabled Supporters Organisation to take the lead on how they think it would be best to consult with disabled fans. We will of course support them if they want and have written to them to make this explicit. I would also want to point out that much of what the club should put in place for disabled fans should be recognised as a legal requirement and an entitlement for people with a disability rather than an optional choice. Current provision for disabled fans at Loftus Road are pretty minimal even though as has been suggested the staff try to do their best. But the quality of provision at Loftus Road would be unacceptable in a new build. |

I don't agree with racism or homophobia but I draw the line at Zombies! Anybody who eats their grandmother's brain has no place at a football match in my honest opinion. |

Well that is where the kids sit now lol Wasn't really a singalong kind of match to be honest. The theme tune to Titantic might have been appropriate cause they are definitely iceberg ahead. |

Sang by Q Block last night. To which I would reply if the best you have to offer is 'Mourinho is Gay' and charming ditties about Brighton fans having anal sex then the answer is no. I suppose we should be grateful you don't still do banana chants. |

In December Harry took over a squad that was ill disciplined, unmotivated and disunited. It is now almost half a year later and Harry is moaning that the squad is...well...ill disciplined, unmotivated and disunited. Just sort it out now Harry |

Neither him or Cesar seem to communicate much with the defenders. |
| Forum Reply | Tony: Season ticket prices at 10:17 8 May 2013
I attended the consultation meeting about season ticket prices with the Club so was not unduly surprised by this announcement. It does represent a significant cut in prices. Comparisons with what other clubs are charging is never straightforward because they all use different pricing systems but I don't think our prices look widely out of synch to what is being charged elsewhere. |
| Forum Reply | Barton ! at 01:12 30 Apr 2013
I have a soft spot for Joseph Barton. Football needs characters and on the pitch he shows passion but... and it is a big but what this squad needs know is unity and stability. Joey is a stirrer. He cant help himself. His prescence in the squad will do nothing but create more division and discord. So sorry Joey boy is not want we need next season |

People can make mistakes and say sorry. Respect for that But even greater respect if they can learn from their mistakes. So far by taking out a loan with Loftus Road as an asset in order to buy a stadium our current attendance would not seem to justify I am not sure. |
