I know it's in a long time but, continuing my quest to get people to support the Rs here, I am thinking of bringing my brother and his son, as it is Easter weekend, so we need to get flights. My questions are:
How likely is it that the game will remain on Easter Monday? And when will we know for sure?
I know it's not really what you asked for, but I run a lot and for running, earphones never really worked for me, they kept falling or get irritating and each step would resonate. I since found the bone conductions ones https://shokz.com/ and they are really brilliant. Not great for music, although surprisingly decent, but fantastic for podcasts and audio books, and extremely comfortable. A bit pricey, but after buying about half a dozen different pairs of earphones and never been satisfied, I've been using the same shokz everyday for about 2 years
There is a fantastic trilogy by Pierre Lemaitre that is one of the best things I've read these past 10 years.
The first book, The great Swindle is about the immediate post WWI, and won the Goncourt, the second All Human Wisdom is about the in-between wars years, and the last one, Mirror of our Sorrows is about the madness that gripped France as the German army advanced in 1940.
All have great intertwined plots, great characters and talk about periods in history not often visited in literature
I brought some friends from France for the home game against Bristol City. Even though it was a 0-0 they all loved it and now all support/follow the Rs, to the point that they want to create an official supporters club here in Montpellier. Result!
One had been to Arsenal before and said he much preferred LR, a proper english ground like he imagined it should be
