It looks and sounds very much like the micro managing CEO is a major part of our current issues. After relegation we struggled with finances and the flash sale of players. But things could have been so much better with more professional decision making.

Thoroughly agree….as depressing as it is. The club structure and management is nothing but amateurish and that’s putting it nicely.

My views as well. As I pointed out on another post we have hired inexperienced cheaper managers for the last several years and look where it’s got us. We have to break that cycle and for once higher someone who has a good understanding of this league and the buy in of the players who are not exactly blameless in all of this.

That’s been our downfall which has got us to where we are I think Daps. Maybe we should look at the balance sheet and how much relegation would cost….divide by 3 and hey presto that’s how much we are willing to pay an experienced manager for once.

I can’t see it somehow. The players have become use to drawing a wage without earning it….the same as LW. He should have gone long before now. Indecision by the board have probably got us relegated with 17 games to go.

Most definitely. If people think the Welsh language is important why as individuals can they not foot the bill?
Millions paid out…and continuing to do so by local councils and the Senedd for this cause when it could be better spent elsewhere….such as free school meals etc.

No it’s not an insult really…..it’s an observation and an opinion which in a free society we are entitled to….unlike if you lived in say The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia in which case your life expectancy would be very short indeed.
By the way….there’s no age of consent there.
