That's an interesting interpretation, mine was that she was behaving like an accountant rather than.economist. I've worked with female CEOs and Directors most of which have been very capable. My sister in law is a fire fighter, my daughter in law is an aircraft engineer and my wife worked as an actuary, I don't automatically see women as a secretary.
I think if you state on your CV that you worked as an economist when you were working in complaints you are going to get some stick as a politician, no matter who you are. |

Darling was nicknamed 'Red Ally' after Kinnock allegedly pointed him out as a threat from the left of the party

We desperately need someone with in depth 'know how' of top level football. Giving people a leg up helps but real experience is needed in any organisation. |

The Government spends £1,224 Billion in addition, each department has a tolerance on its spending. The £22 Billion that Starmer talks about is a nonsense as it's is not material and is there for the ill informed to soak up and believe.
It's like saying I earn £1,224 pounds a month and everything is out of control because I can't find £22 in my budget. |

I didn't renew my season this year, preferring to wait and see what the transfer dealings were. I now pay as I go, but, the quality is so poor I may stop going for a while. I wouldn't eat at a restaurant that kept serving me indigestible stuff so why should I consume Williams' indigestible product? [Post edited 13 Feb 23:31]
