I have a Thai friend (Buddhist) who once said to me that any place or race or culture you feel an affinity with or dream about they believe is evidence of a past life. As a Christian I don’t believe in reincarnation but “if” it was true, it would certainly explain a few things that I’ve experienced on my travels. Would certainly explain why we’re attracted to specific cultures and places but not all of them.

I love football but fck I hate all the diving. It’s laughable watching big strapping lads 6 foot 5 and 120 kilos falling over at the slightest touch. Some of the refs seem to be wising up a bit to it but all it is, is cheating. Single worst thing about our sport.

I don’t care who goes up but at the end of the day Leeds got 90 points over the season so it’d be wrong for a team that got 10-15 points less to go up instead. Not a fan of playoffs - confected drama made for tv. |

Surely an obvious place for us to go shopping is in the 3 squads going up. A lot of them won’t get a game in the Prem but are still good championship level players. Steve Cook a perfect example. |

Maybe it was having the benefit of close ups watching on tv but I was quietly confident from 1-0. Saw the looks of terror on the faces of the Leeds players who were looking like bottling it with the clincher being Daniel Farke slumped on the bench after Chair scored with arms folded looking depressed already. Confirmed my gut feel at 2-0 so I just relaxed and enjoyed it after that.
