Yes, that's what I meant. We've looked comfortable against the likes of Wolves and Derby but you had us on the ropes - not just with physicality but with good football too

I agree - thought you were well worth the point, if not a win.

I don't think your subs 'exploited weaknesses' - we're 16 unbeaten and have beaten the all the top teams. Must be quality on your part - yes there was an uncharacteristic slip by Odoi before your second but that was it.

Thought you played well, especially in the second half. Didn't just disrupt our rhythm but were on the front foot for most of it, played good passing football and looked dangerous

This thread is proof that LFR remains THE BEST London messageboard. I say that as a Fulham fan without any irony/sarcasm. You don't need my views on it, but this has a genuine community compared to the crap that passes for other clubs.

No, he's solid. He was left back on our european run and has been underrated. Got a lot of flack at Liverpool simply because they hated Hodgson.

Good shift on the emoticons haha

Remember you're supposed to embrace your neighbours...and if we play you again I'm sure Clive will wish to draw on my astute knowledge of how bad we are

When we signed Gael Kakuta on loan from Chelsea, Mark Hughes said 'You could tell from the moment he walked in the building that he had two great feet and an excellent awareness of what's around him.'

OK Mark, what did he do - eye up the receptionist and a little tap dance?

Like you, I've been at every QPR v Fulham game for as long as I can remember. As for the 6-0, the acoustics in the ground are terrible and believe it or not we were making a lot of noise too. Your support was quality, clearly lots of singing and jumping about despite the scoreline. The best support I've seen at Fulham (apart from Celtic who took half the ground) was in the late 90's when you completely packed out our newly expanded terrace. I think a Peschisolido goal was the difference. Our away support can be brilliant- I'm thinking of Stoke and Villa this season and it wasn't so bad at yours a couple of years ago- and it can be shite.

Remember it well- and that's the irony when we're branded 'tourists'/ a joke/ not authentic fans or whatever else. My point was that taking entire histories into account, including the present day, the clubs are a similar size despite any arrogant claims from either side

Firstly, congratulations on getting to Wembley. I was pleased for Fernandes and the QPR fans I know, none of whom I'd call 'bitter.'

But an inferiority complex when it comes to QPR? I don't think you'd find a single Fulham fan who has one of those, and I'm sure that's true the other way round.

The difference is that we can see the fact despite our relative success over the last few years, Fulham and QPR are similar sized clubs. We had a massive slump in the late 80's and 90's, but were much bigger than you right up to the late 60's. The fact is, it's about even and that's a case of respect and seeing the truth rather than an 'inferiority complex' or an ego trip.

OK, but surely QPR fans are not afraid of going to Millwall? We filled it on a Tuesday night when we were in the same division (again, there was a novelty factor, but the upper tier was sold out). QPR take pride in their good support sometimes- with inaccurate class based comments aimed at Fulham fans- so I was a bit surprised by it, that's all

Our support at Everton was dreadful- there's no getting away from that. I don't accept that QPR's away support is generally better (the figures from last season don't bear that out), but just that it varies from game to game. I'd be interested, for instance, in how many QPR took to Millwall on a Saturday at 3PM in the same week we played Palace away on a Monday night on Sky, packed it out and outsung them for 90 minutes (even according to them).

Brentford fans reckon they have better away support because they took more fans to Leeds one season than we took to a Premier League game. Again, I'd be interested in how many they took to Accrington Stanley that season in the league because we played away there in the cup and took 1500 even though we were also taking large support to european away games that season. It's always about context, league position, novelty etc. and not just a case of 'our support's better than yours.'

I'm going to get our excuses in early for Norwich away on Boxing Day. £45 a ticket and playing them in the cup a few days later. Support will be unacceptably dire though. I reckon about 150.

Meant this in response to Gloucs R's point that he wouldn't necessarily be popular with the Fulham fans- forgot to hit quote button

Immortalised by Fulham fans for scoring 2 thunderbolts in the rain away at Stoke and for cracking Bullard in the face in training

Also responded to the 'We've got Bairdinho' chant having Bairdinho embroidered on his boots.

Top bloke, very dependable- we shouldn't have let him go
