We then face Everton and I don't see us getting anything from them, but then we have Stoke and Reading (another 6 points)
That just leaves May. Two home games aginst Arsenal and Newcastle, which again I predict us winning both by 2-0.
Ending up at Liverpool which will by then be a meaningless game, as we will have secured our place in the Prem already.
