When I was in Morocco a year or so ago, no one had a clue who Taarabt was. Eventually found out that's not how you say his name at all. More like TA-Ah-RAb-bt. Takes a bit of practice to get right cos the second letter in his surname has no English equivalent and is a subtle cross between a growl and an 'a'.
