I won’t be able to attend tomorrow. Would somebody be kind enough to ask if the club have sought legal advice around the company who fitted the super pitch not so long ago with an alleged 10 year guarantee? Whether we have a case against them, or if it’s our own fault for not following correct aftercare procedures.
Jamie Willoughby came across really well. Everything else is a valid debate.
He seems aware of what change is required. Worth watching again when it’s on YouTube, would hope others can do the same and draw their own conclusions.

Yep. As alluded to in the other thread, there's high class input into how things should progress at the club

A figure head of a football club not making decisions and doesnt seem to like fans ,well thats going to end well. Seems to me the Ogdens are going to have to sort a few things out sooner rather than later.
JW confirmed it's being actively pursued, the devil being in the detail
For instance: if there was any possibility of the club having to move from Spotland, it'd need to be established that a Golden Share (which is essentially a block on the sale of the ground) didn't get in the way, if that was in the best interests of the club
In other words,, the club WILL put the fans first going forward.
Communication, Engagement, Growth the 3 strands, I think.
So absolutely buoyed by Jamie's leading contributions tonight.
Do you believe we need the golden share with the Ogdens in charge Judd because i dont ,put a clause somewhere if thy sell it has to happen but i just see them as a way forward and this needs to be shown to them.

It's a good point, but it is something they want to do and have wanted to do since day one.
Jamie said there were some legal niceties to navigate, so I am sure it will be set up absolutely correctly.
What’s the big deal with the golden share? What actually is it? Something so we can’t have our kit changed to yellow? Like the Cardiff debacle years ago? Or is it something else? Seems to be a big deal with fans and keeps being mentioned.
