Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. 21:12 - Nov 25 with 50511 views | ted_hendrix | There, but for the grace of Bob, goes Bob. Sir, my concern is not whether Bob is on our side; my greatest concern is to be on Bob's side, for Bob is always right. Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in Bob; trust also in me.

Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. on 20:42 - Nov 27 by Ned_Kennedys | Have you read back the sheer amount of abuse you were dishing out about Celar on the Stoke match thread? Embarrassing. A fantastic goal which will hopefully transform his season and could be the turning point for the team as well. Good lad. |
Thanks for your input as always Ned

Missed his chance to run full length of the pitch and give it the full adabayour in front of our fans , now that would have been funny Please please let us get through this but other than the goal we look a fking nervous wreck out there with the same panic and mistakes causing unnecessary pressure on us

Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. on 20:35 - Nov 27 by dmm | It's just occurred to me that, given we've got Celar and Field, shouldn't we be a nuclear powerhouse of a team? |
If we don’t win now, there’ll be a proper meltdown…
Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. on 20:44 - Nov 27 with 1542 views | davman | As with Saturday, two utterly shite teams. And as always, the team that is less shite will prevail. Great goal by Celar, but 8 touches tells its story. They aren't good, but they are applying themselves in a way that our "nice" team does not seem capable of doing. Really not confident we'll hold on...

Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. on 20:39 - Nov 27 by QPunkR | ? We've scored a goal as rare as rocking horse shit and everyone else here is celebrating it apart from you who logged on exclusively to gloat for some reason. I suppose everyone enjoys football in a different way.. |
You’ve spent many of the past few matches threads ranting and raving exclusively about Celar and what a ‘cnt’ he is, thoroughly embarrassing yourself. Turns out his teammates clearly love him.
Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. on 20:44 - Nov 27 with 1529 views | numptydumpty | Good almighty God What a fricking goal was that If that goal was scored in the Liverpool Real Madrid game by Salah or Mbappe, the pundits would be creaming themselves all over. So who scored that quality goal. Only Zan Celar Lovely to see all the players around him Clearly must have got very depressed at his performances as were we to be fair Let us see what happens for the guy from here on in. But a very important goal. We really have to win this game now Even a draw would be like a defeat. Talk about a bolt out of the blue!!!! Still in shock

Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. on 20:38 - Nov 27 by Harbour | He took that brilliantly …fantastic touch. Let’s hope he gets confidence from that and score a few more |
Yeah, I wouldn't say it was worth waiting for, because no goal is worth 12 games worth of waiting, but was very nice. We need to collectively pick up the energy now and be more prepared to shoot from around the box. Madsen actually came to life a bit after that goal, had shown a few decent touches beforehand but elected not to shoot twice when it was on. Ng aside they're just as shit as we are - need to get at them. [Post edited 27 Nov 20:45]

The floodlights went off just before kick-off and they've been unable to restore them fully almost an hour on from the scheduled start. The game's been postponed now I think.

Bore off. You and Ned can tagteam him when the squad gets back to London if you like. If you look at the various threads you can see a lot lost patience with Celar after varying amounts of games over the season so far. As a functioning human I can have the capacity to dislike the pointless input he's had over 19 games AND enjoy his goal tonight. Plus I think you'll find I've ranted and raved about a lot more than just Celar if you want to split hairs

Cardiff City V QPR.FC Match Thread. on 20:37 - Nov 27 by Hunterhoop | Thanks, E17. Madsen Watch: 0 tackles and 0 interceptions. Varane and Field have 5 between them. They also have higher pass completion %s. I would be incentivising our squad with tackle bonuses. We need to incentivise the right behaviours. |
I think I saw him challenge for a header at one point... I'm just so pleased for Celar, for all of us fans and especially the ones who slogged all the way to Cardiff. There were literally tears in my eyes when he scored, I acknowledge that he hasn't always put in as much effort as he should but he must have been feeling awful due to his poor form, his lack of contributions to this faltering team, and above all, that penalty howler. Come on my team, we desperately need those three points.
