This know-nothing nobody has to go tonight and take Belk with him. What a disastrous appointment by our clueless absentee owners. Again! This team has relegation written all over it. Fkn embarrassing shambles of a football club.

Scooters, Tunes, Trainers and QPR.

Think the owners should be prepared to take a loss and sell pronto, the club value is falling faster and faster as time goes by.

Seriously who Spends what Reuben has without getting some proper oversight in there. Insane.

The prick has been running the club like it's football manager

Unfortunately there is zero chance he will take any of the blame and will likely sack Marti after we get hammered at Leeds

The day Tony Pony walked in, he took over with Tim Nice But Beard, and there were scores of us on the dotorg asking: where's the institutional or general football knowledge, itself allied with a lack of ability and smarts from the top cascading down from then on.

The best thing they could do: find someone with actual nous and give them the keys, three years funding, and keep the f..k out in the interim.

Sell to who? Ruben has been asking for investors to come in for years and no doubt been looking to sell. Nobody wants us and I think a huge part of that is the Profit and Sustainability Regulations which restrict our trade.

As daft as it sounds a relegation might be the best thing for us. There is zero sign of us successfully resetting in The Championship but I think we could in League 1 where the Profit and Sustainability Regulations allow for much more club investment. Just ask Birmingham City.

Been thinking this myself. Of course we would still manage to screw it up somehow🙄

Look at our recruitment this season when we had a bit of FFP headroom to play with

Why do you think they would be able to get it right with more money to spend in League one . If we go down we will end up like Charlton

100%. With this lot running our football club who’s to say we wouldn’t plummet down to L2?

When you see what Birmingham have been able to do it makes you think but the shame here is that Celar scores 40 in 95 games for Lugano (Charlie Austin stats) but had previously scored 5 in 50 for his previous teams. That aside, he seemed like the perfect signing off the recent stats. He's obviously not up to speed here and clearly the Swiss Super League is not up to the standard of the Championship here physically.

Madsen comes in from Westerlo and there is a lot of fanfare about his skill and passing ability but again, seems physically way off the pace for someone who is 6 foot 4. That said he looked fine at the weekend and played well. Again, difficult when you bring a player in from abroad and they are seemingly overwhelmed by the pace here.

Saito I think is a very good prospect. Dembele is also a very good prospect. Possibly not at this level yet though.

I don't think anyone was really expecting JCS, Frey, Dembele, Colback, Chair (seemingly again with a bad knee injury) Paal and Fox to be out of contention for so much of this season so far. That is 7 players who would either start or be on the bench.

We may well have to reset a division down but I don't think Nourry or Marti foresaw 7 first teamers sidelined like this.

A reset in League 1 may be needed but can’t be with Hoos and Nourry in charge, Ruben has to get rid of both and invest in a decent board with good experience. The only way to maximise value of the young players and the club is to be successful, which won’t happen under these two.

You are guessing on our League 1 outcome and so am I. I am hoping we would not endure yet another season like the previous three, I don't know about you but I am getting sick of it.

Our recruitment this season still had to be within our budget and our top targets would have no doubt been numbers 3 or 4 on other teams lists. It seems we recruited too many new players, after a wonderful end to last season the squad required a little evolution, not revolution.

Let's see what happens in January so long as we are not too far adrift by then.

Exactly this. There nothing to suggest our clueless owners and the incompetents running our club wouldn’t oversee relegation to L2.

Ruben stays. Nourry stays. = League 2 in 18 months time

I'm with most posts here, if we went down it won't be like last time, we'll be there for a long time, and potentially getting even worse with League Two.

In 2001 we still had one of the biggest stadiums and were one of the biggest names in the league. We won't be anymore, football has truly moved on these past 25 years.

Andy Belk is without doubt for me useless. An example is that we pay £2million for Madsen who is weaker than water, no experience in English football and teams like Blackburn pick up Todd Cantrell for £1.6million, a player who learned his trade at Norwich in both the EFL and PL and then in Scotland. Ok, the guy may have had a few issues but if we had always worked by such values we would never have signed Stan. We also let a decent manager go, who was the perfect replacement for Warburton and in that time we have got onto our fourth manager. And that guy got Brom in the top six before unfairly being replaced by Wayne’s Rooney and now working wonders at Blackburn. No doubt Belk had a say with his laptop on this decision.

Be careful what you wish for. I work at Port Vale on match days and so saw plenty of league one football. Let me tell you, this lot would struggle against 80% of teams at that level. So as for a "reset", I think it would be a disaster for the club with the real possibility of a second consecutive relegation to league two if we drop this season.

Give Millwall whatever they want to get Steve Gallen as our DoF.

Another one we let go.

It'll be very difficult to reset in League One if they've spent all our FFP headroom on players that aren't good enough and put them all on 3-5 year contracts.

Just imagine where we'd be without the competitive advantage we have thanks to not telling people how long a contract our new signings have

At least we've got that

League One Isn't a charity for 'failed' Championship clubs It's an evil nightmare.

Those same players you watched last night would struggle at Cambridge---Blackpool, bloody Rotherhan and of course fcking Peterborough bastard United.

Fck yourself right off with this acceptance of relegation.

It's failure

Can’t wait to see Madsen stroll around at London Road next year in front of a 4000 away end whilst we get d1cked 3-0

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore
