Fancy doing a live guest mix on DAB London radio.. ? No catch. Just thought it would be a cool thing to do. I do a fortnightly show on Saturday nights and just to shake things up a bit and keep things fresh just thought i'd throw this out there. The studio has a standard dj set up. Pioneer 3000 CDJs x2 and Technics 1210s x2, Pioneer v10 mixer. (Plus a mic but you dont have to use it) As long as you post on LFW and i know you or someone can vouch for you, all good . Send me a DM with a link to a mix you've done on SoundCloud, mixcloud or whatever platform you use. (no mix tapes im afraid..lol) and i can run it past the "management" Even if its your son or daughter who want to make the step up from bedroom dj to radio or just want to raise your profile a bit more the offer is there. House (any ), Techno , DnB, Breakbeats, old skool is cool. Vinyl or Digital. I play all sorts so pretty much anything goes within the electronic dance parameters.
This offer is just for QPR fans only. (of course) Its been a rubbish season so far ,so this is my contribution to help make this season less rubbish for some of you hopefully. :)
DM if interested and i'll sort you out details . Studio is in Bracknell . Show is at 8pm Saturday nights.
What a great idea PunteR. I was a DJ in the 70s working in London discos, hotels and pubs. But, like hubble, I hardly know what you're referencing there so I'd be worse than useless today! Hope the show goes really well, mate.
I used to think that was the ultimate put down when I was DJ’ing anywhere…… I only got it a couple of times thankfully and did bite back with my own cutting barbs about taste and good times.
We never spoke about this across the week due to this evening clashing but I’ll give you a bell for a few weeks time as I’m slowly getting a bit more time on my hands
Avagoodun this evening
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Mate, if you ever want to start djing again its never too late. If you know your tunes or you still got your tunes than there's so many ways these days to play out your music. Loads of specialist online radio stations and a lot of the pirate stations have gone legit now and broadcasting on the DAB network. Also Soundcloud or Mixcloud are really good platforms to play out your sound if you just mix at home. Plus you can stream out live from home if travelling to a studio is not for you. Ive only been doing it about 5 years now after retiring for about 18 years. I had to get my head around the digital format but its pretty easy once you're used to it. . I still play out my old records though. Ive only got 2x technics 1210s and a mixer at home. Im still old skool. :)

Not offering to DJ PunteR wouldn’t want to subject anyone to that but thanks for the link - will definitely check the station out, looks right up my alley.
