I too know several consultants in the NHS. In various disciplines. Best mate is an ITU anaesthesthetist in Morriston, my neighbour and his wife are a Cardiologist and cardiac nurse, another close mate is a GP and my Mrs best mate is an orthopaedic surgeon. I could go on.
The first has told me he has moved from a lockdown situation and a ward over full with people on ventilators due to covid, to a non-lockdown situation and a regular workload. The difference being vaccination. They all tell a similar story and are all fully vaccinated.
In his ward he has (apparently) 80% of severely ill people who are vaccinated, but "The patient is only in a difficult condition because he has a serious underlying illness".

I would suggest that it is prudent to treat China as if they attacked us until they can prove otherwise...after all they have not been shy about making threats, have seemingly been preparing for conflict and have refused attempts at transparency on Covid.

These vaccines are unlike any other vaccine and all of them are focused on the relatively new technology of gene therapy. To say anything otherwise betrays ignorance or worse, dishonesty.
