Perhaps the OP could post a list of acceptable occupations and places to live?
For what it’s worth I had my first season ticket in 1977. First game the year before that. Third generation of season ticket holders - both parents are season ticket holders, grandfather was a season ticket holder.
I was 8 or 9. I’m now 51. Does that count as a ‘real fan’?

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Well that is intriguing. I'd wager not many could have name checked all 7. Not many at all.
Anyway, to answer the OPs rather interesting question, I'm generally in one of the pubs around the ground, usually the Landore, or town on occasion. The Trust generally puts out where some of its board members are before the game. Most, if not all (couldn't say for certain for the new guys) are long time ST holders.
Its not hard or intriguing to get to 7 ?
There was Phil and Stuart on the podium. The 2 ladies at the back are longtime trust. Phil pointed at a front table with 4 or 5 sitting there and named one of them and another was the legal man. Of the others sitting there 2 are recognisable from their trust website pictures. And I said at least 7 because maybe there was more trust in the room.
Just trying to help respond to the OP that the trust “mingles with real fans”.
