I tried to check yesterday, both via the Swans & Ospreys site, as I have moved seats for next season.
However I think it only works if you "buy" a vacant seat and then click on "view from seat", otherwise it comes up with "ticket not available" |  |

I haven't received an email, but when I signed into the Jackarmy renewal, my new seat was assigned to me on there. | |
