Back in the 1990s, when Leicester City got to four play-off finals and three League-Cup finals, a bunch of us used to meet at a social club in Acton and have a roast-beef lunch, then go to and from Wembley round the North Circular in a fleet of stretch-limos (used to cost about 20 quid a head, if memory serves) which we loaded with six-packs of booze.
About as classy as an Essex-girls' hen night, of course, but I loved it: and much less effort than walking! |  |

I think there was some sort of quote during the build up to the game by the west brom manager that they would bury us, due to the fact we was in the third division and they were in the first. Something along them lines anyway. | | | |
