Wood Burners are lethal, you must have an up to date Carbon Monoxide monitor with those, they should dated on the monitor itself and they normal need replacing every 7 to 10 yrs and put above head height in same room on top of a unit screwed to wall or better still the ceiling, they apply to Gas appliances as well, but don't put them in same cupboard as the boiler, I see some in airing cupboards far to often

In most cases the main fuse has to be upgraded to at least 80 amp 100 amp in some cases, so incoming supply cables need to be able to cope without overheating, the cables from the cut-out [main fuse] need to be upgraded to 25mm instead of the 16mm if fuse is to be 100 amp.
Survey has to be done firstly in most cases obviously.

Jason Levien has left us in a stronger position than when he took over?
at 18:28 26 Nov 2024

Exactly Clive. I 100% agree, I've known Phil for years through the forums, I've never met the man, but I've the utmost respect for him, Keith only a short time since he started this form and I've the same respect and confidence in him also.

Swansea City & Jason Levien : The crucial omissions
at 18:21 26 Nov 2024

We would have at the time, I think our rise took people by surprise and that's maybe why they aired on the side of caution when building the Liberty, last thing they would have wanted was an half empty soulless stadium, I can understand the caution, but reading a thread above this one that it seems that it'll be difficult to expand the stadium now, it can be done no doubt, but probably at a considerable cost.

I maintain my opinion that we are where we are due to our geographical position the Liberty's capacity and the income the club can create, from my point of view I'm happy to stay in the championship and continue to cement our place in it, we can grow without a doubt and that growth can increase the squads strength by being able to afford to buy better players and get to the playoffs regularly even and even get to the EPL , but it'll take time with the right people in charge etc.

Those pair thought it was money in the bank and easy picking's, the truth is that they didn't have clue, people have said they were sold a pup, more like a fanciful fantasy brought about by Jack to a King it was a master stroke I and thousands more got taken in by it and Kaplan and Levien were the perfect pundits to fall for it.

Not many football owners make money especially at clubs like Swansea City, there's just to much expenditure to cover.

We all know Swanny some accept the truth, its just not worth repeating because its an excuse for yet more attention seeking.

You're wasting your time matey, bout time people stopped replying to his loathsome trust rants, we all know the truth, so this loathsome individuals attention seeking nonsense matters not a jot, he's a nobody who keeps dribbling on over and over because he knows he'll get bites.

He was a referee once apparently, ask Neil Warnock about Hackett or many of other managers

He's often on Talksport, I can't help but laugh when he tries to talk with some authority on refereeing

Swansea City : Those errors continue in a right old thriller

I could believe on the room we afforded James, its like we didn't know him, unbelievable, Watched first half of Saints v Liverpool and saints completely shut Salah down in that first half, I don't recall him even having a kick.

James's pace is surely something Williams and his staff would have been aware of.

Tymon and Keys first thoughts are to attack, neither seem to have the presence of mind to consider defending the odd occasion apart of course.

I wish him well also decent man, who tried and done his best for us, he brought some talented players here through his connections as well Brewster was phenominal for us, great pity that a promising career has stalled for Coops and Brewster.

That's how I read it as well Clive, clearly trying to deny or at least limit the damage he's caused himself business wise, first time I saw his mug the doubts in my head were set, then Kaplan's smug words confirmed to me what these two were all about.

Can't see them forming another set of mugs for another venture, be interesting to know how much those people in their "hedge fund" lost.
