It makes no sense when we play Dembele and Saito or Smyth to have them back to defend corners, far better to have them one on each wing near the touchline on the halfway line both are tricky and quick. The opposition would have to bring at least two players back and maybe three. At the moment with everyone back we have no out ball and given the hight of those three you wouldn't expect them to win many defensive headers. |

I was at Plough Lane for the cup match when Hateley cupped his ear at us and a guy in front of me shouted out as loud as he could " and your still fecking useless Hateley' I made him to be right. |

The terrible twins Towers and Francis also played for both teams. I just love watching the 67 Final clip no matter how many times I see it, it gets better each time, what a day out that was. |

Watching the clip against Fulham, it makes you want to cry when you see the talent that Adel had and seems to have wasted. |

I don't remember many changes from the league teams and cup teams that Alec Stock played. I believe that he played his best available team at all times and I thank him for it as he gave me and my family one of the most memorable times in my long football life at Wembley. |

Good report Dave, Leroy Fer is one of the players we need for next season and I hope he stays. I remember another occasion when we were fighting relegation at Coventry in a match we had to win when Andy Impey saw the red mist, was sent off and the following weeks KUTR's with 4 pictures on it asking which one was the muppet, I'm sure I still have it somewhere. |

I don't suppose they would consider swapping Montero for Phillips and Hoilett in January, no I thought not. In my opinion when we play away Harry sets us up too narrow without any width and this means that the opposition has a free run down both sides of the field and Swansea with Montero and Routledge exploited it to the full. Ned is no right back and it seems that the only one that doesn't know it is Mr Rednapp. To me it seems he had already given this game up regards 3 points it could be the reason why Isla was left on the bench, to save him for the game against Burnley. One of Charlies best assets is his heading ability but how many times does he get the chance to use it, put Charlie in the middle of the Swansea team with Routledge and Montero providing the crosses and he would score plenty. I doubt very much under the present circumstances that Charlie will sign a new contract with us, he runs his nuts off every game and if you talk about 100% that's what he gives but you can see the frustration in his face. It does not matter how good a striker you are you must be supplied with the ball. We need two fast wingers not wide midfield players like Phillips and Hoilett but out and out wingers that get up and down the pitch and able to support the full backs when needed where they will come from I don't know but they must be out there somewhere. Aussie R said our movement is ponderous and I make him 100% right it is. |

I thought Dowd deserved more than a five, the two major decisions in the game he called correctly both times when even the tele experts had to look at the replays to be sure. M'Bia is another in the Hill/Derry mould who might have not have the skills that others have but he puts a 100% shift in every game. |
