To be fair he has only played 140 minutes this season, so id assume he was on whatever the standard youth team wages are.
As we havent heard any of the figures he has apparently been offered who knows whether it is a fair offer. |

His pragmatic approach was initially able to work well alongside players who had played freely. But we quickly lost the freedom and the pragmatism aas all that was left.
He turned us into just another bottom half team struggling to stay up, playing the same turgid football as the rest.
Yes he finiahed 8th the first season but i think the cost of doing so was much greater. |

I don't doubt that, as with most things it is a minority of people in both the young and old catergories.
It really is a difficult one as some persons as they get older (older than 74, some drive well into their 80s) start to lose their judgement and invariably do drive slower to account. Taking away their licence though has a whole other raft of implications namely isolation. |

I think most studies seem to agree that 70 is the age that really starts to show decline in driving ability. Which obviously gets continues to get worse from there.
The idea of a short "test" with an instructor is pretty reasonable, not as formal as a driving test but would help to prevent some truely dangerous drivers taking the road. IF public transport were better maybe they wouldnt feel the need. |

Yep agree, the final ball wasnt quite there. But good to see someone getting in those positions and being positive going forward.
If he gets up to speed and the final balls improve we could have a real gem there. |

Spot on there and I'd say we have the same issue at UK level two. Two big parties neither of which really have much intention of improving things for the people. |
