Well, of course it was only 10 minutes for half time in those days. |

Another cut through was where Loftus Rd meets Batman. At one time the whole road was open until some peabrain at the council decided the barrier should be down post-match. I'm amazed no one's been seriously injured clambering over the barrier - you have fans from the Loft heading north and fans from SA Rd heading south. |

Gimme a wave next time you cut through Batman…I'll be the bloke sitting on the perimeter wall with a flask of whisky. |

We've had several mini-ice ages in the last thousand years or so but I don't think, any mini-burnup periods. Anyone seen the film The Day The Earth Caught Fire ? Great film and Michael Caine's first. (uncredited) appearance on screen. Notta lotta people know that. |

There are times when you turn on the news or walk down the street and witness the crap that passes for modern life and with a shudder despairing, think “what a world” Then you read a post like that….. |

The rich mouse gets the cheese The poor mouse gets the rind And the churchmouse gets nothing at all. |

We'd be better off with the Nawab of Pataudi at centre forward. |

During covid I got a friend to compile a USB of Rangers related somgs from spotify to play in the car. I didn't like many of the songs, but as you say, warm & fuzzy ! |
| Forum Thread | RIP Vic Flck and John Prescott at 12:10 21 Nov 2024
Ted will know Vic Flick. I don't suppose many would have liked John Prescott but he was a strong character, outspoken in his opposition to rail privatisation and other dubious policies. Oh, and he liked jazz. Was he called “two jabs” or “two Jags” ? |

Looks like only Paal of the injured players may play. Could Celar, stung by the criticism, in tight lipped fury smash a first half hat trick past the Stoke defence ? |
