My thoughts on Hughes appointment on 13:55 - Jan 10 with 1144 views | hoopstilidie | Mine: 100% unconditional support from me despite my misgivings. There are others on this board that would have done well to show the same towards Warnock but they never fail to confirm what they are.

My love is for the club, not the manager. You sound like an abused wife.

My thoughts on Hughes appointment on 14:03 - Jan 10 with 1078 views | kingo | I didn't think that NW should have been sacked but he was, therefore I will give Hughes my full support. I am also very optimistic that we will bring in some real quality now and think that will be enough to get us up in mid table. And hopefully see Norwich go down.

Totally agree with what you've said. I would also add that the speed of his appointment has helped to re-assure me that the directors/chairman have a plan and that sacking Warnock was clearly something they thought about long and hard. Whether the plan works or not will be seen but it's nice to have one for once.
My thoughts on Hughes appointment on 14:10 - Jan 10 with 1025 views | TheBlob | Mind you,it's got to be said the Welsh are world champions when it comes to spending other peoples' money. But have you noticed that some managers are trusted with funds and some most certainly are not.Remember Newcastle under Ardiles and then Keegan?

Does Jude Law know anything about football management? Does the appointment of Hughes mean we will continue with two mascots?

Look, I don't want to get all negative on everyone on the day our new manager is appointed but................. Can any one confirm at which match Jude made his comeback? I think I was there and it might have been as early as the Newcastle game. Why am I asking? Well I was just wondering whether it is merely a coincidence or whether Briatoerag and Paladini got one thing right?

Good point. I think Hughes should make this a priority, it's clearly an area that needs further investigation and possibly some more hard decisions need to be made.

Is anybody?? I didn't want to get in a debate about this and that, alot of bitching and doom mongery on this board recently so just wanted to have my say on a huge decision and in my view sign of progress by the club. Fantastic and swiftly made appointment, best of all realistic available candidates. FACT
