Leeds on 13:37 - Mar 12 by TimSaint | Previously you failed to give the year. I wonder why ? Perhaps that is because Southampton FC have never played in Division 4. Saints were in Division 3 (South) for the seasons 1953-54, 1954-55, 1955-56, 1956-57, 1957-58 inclusive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Southampton_F.C._seasons Even you are capable of looking this up and confirming it for yourself. I originally went to great lengths to explain how the Division 3 North and South leagues worked and how they ran in parallel with each other, but clearly you didn't have the mental capacity to take the facts on board at the time and still don't today. # Must try harder # Do more research before making a dick of yourself |
He is busy writing lines, hopefully. You will get a suitably erudite response in due course, no doubt.

Mr Dick Saint. Pleaes pay more attention We stopped playing in division 3 south in the mid 20's, but your club being more lethargic were still playing in the division 3 south in the late fifties. We never finished in the bottom half of that league, but you did in fact 1th position. Therefore, when this is factored in with the division 3 north, you end up with the grand position of 71st - which is the very bottom league territory. If you can't understand this, then you are a very dim tim. Its all here for you. https://european-football-statistics.co.uk/attnclub/league/soto.htm . [Post edited 12 Mar 17:39]

Leeds on 11:18 - Mar 12 by PatfromPoole | In one of your more perceptive posts over the years (though frankly if that isn't a contradiction in terms then I don't know what is....), you cited the presence of a local basketball team as being a key reason why the Pomps' attendances were so pitiful in years gone by. Is basketball part of the infrastructure issues to which you allude? PS Please do not forget the homework I set you last night. This is going to be part of a new daily routine to help get you up to speed in addressing your remedial deficiencies. |
Pubs per 100,000 people Norwich 88.60 with 129 pubs Brighton 72.95 with 204 pubs Bristol 64.39 with 311 pubs Portsmouth 63.72 with 134 pubs Oxford 62.96 with 104 pubs Plymouth 56.56 with 152 pubs Cambridge 55.35 with 83 pubs Guildford 51.62 with 77 pubs Southampton 43.73 with 112 pubs Why is Soton so crap on the pub count? Is your town just a bit unsocial, and hence why they are all so attracted to social media. 43 pubs per 100k population is extremely low. Almost half the amount that exist in Norwich. Its an embarassingly low number. [Post edited 12 Mar 19:31]

1th position? Tomorrow’s homework is as below: I MUST IMPROVE MY KNOWLEDGE OF NUMBERS. IT IS AS BAD AS MY SPELLING. In fact as you seem to be struggling to get up to speed, I am going to have to insist that you increase your homework to 150 lines. A bit of tough love will reap the benefits in the long run.
