Dibling was conspicous by his absence in the game as was was Archer. Smallbone should not even be named in the subs. In all we are a toothless side apart from Fernandes who tries to add something to put a spark into the game. KWP I feel sorry for . Sulemana at least trying, and Sugawara also trying the rest are very trying.

Yep people on here have called the manager an idiot for leaving him out. The fact is right now, no one wants to be playing and none of them care. I would drop 90% of them and play the U21's.

Dibling is being mismanaged again and played in totally the wrong position
He should be a free number 10 role, in the hole behind Sulemana and Onuachu/Archer, roaming, drawing fouls, creating chances, instead he wanders aimlessly out on the wing looking lost

The harsh truth is that Dibling is not yet ready for a midfield role, especially in a team that needs to dig in and at least try to make it hard for the opposition to score.

I don't recall him winning a tackle in a game and he is not a box to box diesel engine.

In an ideal world he would play as the most advanced midfield player and not on the wing, but we don't have that luxury and giving hm game minutes increases the price we can get in the summer.

I think it's a number of factors with Dibling, he's still really young, he's playing in a poor team, there is a lack of confidence around the whole club, he's better known by opposition players and managers.

He started the season well and in an ideal world he'd have gradually got minutes coming off the bench when we were already winning and he didn't have to worry about his defensive responsibilities so much.

He was better at the start of the season playing off the right.

Saying all that, any player would struggle in this team at the moment, there's no clear structure or positive patterns of play.

Dibling has attributes as an attacking player but is poor defensively.

Nowadays players have to do their bit against the ball as well as with the ball and currently Dibling doesnt measure up in the formrt capacity and that lessens his value

There is really no point in picking on individual players.

The manager is setting up the team in such a bizarre fashion that nobody has really got a chance.

I believe that Juric is completely incompetent. He is certainly a worse manager than Martin and Selles and, for me, he is giving Jones a run for his money for the very worst of the last bunch.

This final choice is difficult because whenever Jones opened his month he came across as an idiot whereas Juric at least sounds the part. But in terms of results and what's going on on the pitch, it doesn't get much worse than Saturday.

Poll: Should we try to replace Selles for the final seven games?

This reminds me of when some of our fans turned against Sadio Mane, saying he looked miserable. Tyler Dibling is a teenager, caught in the middle of an utter shambles. He's still managed to provide some of the few highlights of this season.

He will be much better appreciated by the fans at another club, just like Mane was. Harwood-Bellis will be too.

I agree with you're comments about Harwood Bellis, he's struggled this season.
I know he's still fairly young but he's pretty experienced & should be developing better than he is,.
Isn't it strange that when we're doing well we don't get many injuries but when we're struggling everyone is getting injured.
The hunger & desire to play has gone, they know that they'll still be picking up their usual high salaries.

Juric on Bednarek, its not serious but he wont play next game, his scan showed nothing, just fatigue.

I think the fans are suffering from fatigue at the moment too.

Agree with what you say - I have no idea what Jurics tactics are and we look a complete and utter shambles .

Brighton could and should have won by far more than 4 .

Dragon and his cronies once again sacked a manager and replaced him with a worse one.

Fatigue ?.
He'd only been playing for 12 minutes on Saturday, if he's fatigued after 12 minutes then there's something seriously wrong with the training regime.
It's attitude, not fatigue.

Harwood-Bellis + Fonte alongside him, he'd have flourished, but the lad has no one to learn from at Saints.
