Releasing prisoners for the army 08:47 - Oct 24 with 1703 views | onehunglow | I see the Ruskies are giving prisoners the option of fighting on the front line in Ukraine rather than serve prison sentence . Could this solve OUR prison population problem I mean ,plenty of “ hard” men inside . They’d enjoy the action

The kursk offensive has gone badly for the Ukraine. Some of their best troops and equipment have been diverted from elsewhere and mostly destroyed. It had to strategic value whatsoever, except to give the Green comedian something to use to ask for more weapons

What I read, which apparently came from Seoul, was that they were going to increase support for Ukraine in the wake of the Norks news. They also reckon Russia is recruiting about 30k per month but are losing 1000 sildiers per day so their forces are gradually depleting which is why around 11k Norks are moving to Russia but not fpor the fighting itself, not yet. They are to be used in Russia freeing up more Russians to go to the frontlines. They may be used at the front eventually. If that happens then Russia will have escalated and we may see European troops fighting too. We are not very far away from WW3. Worrying times.

It’s getting very worrying, Cat. With Trump looking increasingly likely to win in the US, there’s a clear path emerging to trouble ahead.

Releasing prisoners for the army on 09:26 - Oct 25 by controversial_jack | US and British intelligence didn't do so well with Iraq And Afghan, WMD etc. It's the propaganda lies and nonsense again. Even if it was true , so what? Foreign troops and equipment has helped the Ukraine, and the green comedian who plays president is going around the world begging for arms and troops |
So you start with Whataboutery and move on do misdirection. BTW Putin when challenged on the subject didn't deny and commented (that the satellite images) they see what they see...a tacit admission of the presence of the soldiers. Added to that fail from you, currently the artillery fire rate ratio is currently 1:2...proving my ammunition starvation point from the ammo dump explosions. Another thing you denied but are now, once again, proven wrong on. You are propaganda man.

Actually its a tossup due to the polling margin of error - and that's including the presence of conservative dark money financed "polling". Harris will win the popular vote. The EC..who knows?

I didn't comment on the previous ratio of shells, I stated that it is CURRENTLY 1:2 due to the ammunition dump strikes...you know, the one where you were talking rubbish again when I pointed out that this would cause supply issues. Also, Russia is using its reserve of WWII artillery pieces - explain that to us all.

That has been true for a long time, since at least February, newsweek.com/russia-machine-guns-rifles-ukraine-1867366 Not just artillery, rifles, submachine guns and tanls too. As the story says, the Russians have been taking T-55 tanks from storage, and even museums to send to Ukraine. It's why Putin has been constantly dealing with Iran, Chine and North Korea, he needs equipment and materiel as well as the men to use it all.

I did not use the term gulag. They have just been renamed prisons with very harsh conditions with hard labour . Over 100,000 Russian prisoners have been released to serve in the Russian army

Yes, Russia does have a harsh penal system, but they are not being forced to join the military.Russia has enough volunteer men of fighting age to use
