Preston Match Thread 12:42 - Dec 17 with 31461 views | Superhoops2808 | Afternoon Cant see one started so here goes: Dependant on who is available, I am going for a safe 1-1 as I dont think Critchley will want to lose, so we may utilise some s**t housery of ourselves at the home of S**T housery!!

Preston Match Thread on 16:28 - Dec 17 with 2735 views | nix | Shocking passage of play from everyone apart from Dieng just then. Awful from both sides.
Preston Match Thread on 16:29 - Dec 17 with 2695 views | VancouverHoop | Timmy has to work on his final ball. So often he undoes his own brilliant work.

Preston Match Thread on 15:52 - Dec 17 by PinnerPaul | it was NOT offside or suspect. When PNE player plays the ball, player is in an offside position, but he has to interfere or play the ball to be penalised, he doesn't. QPR player deliberately plays the ball next, so then he can be where he likes. 100% NOT offside. |
Sorry just coming back to this - the Preston player did attempt to play the ball though? He was initially down "injured" but he was back on his feet by the time the second ball came in, and made an attempt to play the dropping ball which prompted Dunne to knock it behind before it reached him. Academic in the grand scheme of things, particularly if we hold on for the win, but it was definitely offside. [Post edited 17 Dec 2022 16:29]

Yup need to get the ball on the floor and hold onto it for a few minutes. Dare I say it but a bit of aimlessly knocking it back and forth between our centre backs could be useful here. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Dieng yellow carded for timewasting in the 77th minute. Why do refs only take meaningful action on this stuff when it's us doing it?

He has a (final?) opportunity to impress the new manager. He looked impressive in his early days. Be handy if he could regain that.
Preston Match Thread on 16:48 - Dec 17 with 2996 views | ed_83 | Really enjoyed seeing lovely Sam Field getting right in a PNE player's face after he pretends that Clarke-Salter's caught him when he hasn't. Very encouraging that we've seemed to had a lot more bite and attitude about us, rather than being polite and meek as we've often been in the past. [Post edited 17 Dec 2022 16:49]
