When I was at an age for a first football shirt, I don't think there was such a thing as replica football kits but the first football shirt I can remember was probably Xmas 1957 or thereabouts when we still lived in Sketty and it was royal blue with a white V-neck so looked something like the Everton shirt of that era not that I was even aware of that at the time, it was just a football shirt.
