100%. Seem to remember that Dave Sexton did a similar thing and look what happened there. Tbf I do think that Les, Hoos & Co are trying to do that. Not yet there by a long chalk, but the direction is right.

We need great coaches etc., but we need to take the best released 17 and 18 year olds and polish them up with a loan network and in our first team, on professional contracts. Just like we’ve done with eze, lumley, chair etc.
