well there's a flash icon notification when you pull it on firefox and IE. Chrome has a baked in Flash-clone so it tends to be invisible on that browser.

I answered separately, but Safari doesn't have Flash - in fact Flash is not present on my new laptop at all - and it works there. I realise it's baked into Chrome. On my old laptop, in Chrome, I have to Allow Flash to run when a website requests it - but SwansTV never asks.
