They are currently demonstrating their total commitment to British law and the British way of life (and if you don’t want that, then f*ck off back to where you came from) by throwing bottles at the police, causing enormous amounts of damage to property and physically threatening ordinary people, many of whom are tourists that have been in London today for the Trooping of the Colour.
Some of them have kids with them.
I’d personally like to see the Mayor tell the police to inform the rampaging hordes that they have 10 minutes to disperse and once that 10 minutes is up to turn the water cannons on them.

The cost of clearing up after these things is just sickening as well.
Everyone should have the absolute right to peaceful protest. But as soon as it turns as this has, I’d have no hesitation in the police getting tough with them.

Water cannons can’t stop what is happening. I hope the police, do come down hard on them, and it’s all over tv and social media. That would be a great recruiting Sargent, for their cause.

Two and a half hours of 20,000 people having a mostly peaceful gathering. (Not exqactly a riot at 8 mins) Everyone meanders off at the end.
If 1,000 idiots had a rumble afterwards at another location, well that's 5%. (I've not seen footage of this but others here obviously have.) By all means contain them. But most people had moved on peacefully.
