This excluding results against bottom team could lead to some bizarre scenarios.
Eg, if we beat Moldova, and go onto finish 2nd in group. we then want them to get a result against some one, eg beat an experimental Austria team on the last day,

A) Above Ireland (Ireland lose or draw)
B) 1 point behind Serbia and 2 behind Ireland.(Ireland win)
Either way, we need to win in Georgia as well.
In event of A above a draw in last game makes us 2nd, but dodgy regarding best 8
