I'm not someone who has a particularly sweet tooth and I am conscious of what I eat etc.
But have to say that I am partial to dark chocolate and I would encourage the more rotund out there to go for it.
You just cannot consume it in high quantities and it has good properties, in moderation it's actually good for you.
Peace

Dark chocolate is good for you in moderation, 1 or 2 squares a day and go above 70% cocoa. Full and magnesium

Is 70% good enough for benefits? Or do you need to aim for 85%?

Lidl have a fine range of dark chocolate. I like their Amazonas. Not as sweet as bourneville or green and blacks.
We buy the Lidl Bellarom dark chocolate. 74% cocoa and 89 pence for 100 grm bar. Delicious.
We shouldn't all be tarred with the same brush you know!

I'm always concerned by food that seems too cheap, how do they do it seriously?
Peace
