Well I never understood the philosophy that one is judged mainly on the arrogance quotient.There are some truly objectionable but successful people out there - "Lord" Sugar for one - who seem to be universally acceptable,whereas the graveyards are full of nice and popular individuals.

needs to either get a number 2 position at a top club and learn to coach, or get a top job at a club in a lower division.
pride and ego will dictate how long he is out of a job, but having probably picked up a nice early christmas bonus, i don't think he will be short of a shekel or two.
