Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.
Sacked for what. PMSL......you see far worse most weekends in every town/ city centre. There wasn't even any fighting and if you were that concerned you would have moved.
hence why I don't take my son to town on a weekend...why would you. But a football game, oh i should have thought shouldn't I...silly me. If you are PMSL then more fool you. Know them do you? I'd be sacked in my job.
People did move.....only as far as they could and not far. Nobody knew they could move to a different part of the stand, at the front it looked like a sellout with no space anywhere.
Tubbs: Will heaven be like Swansea? Edward: Yes, Tubbs. Only... bigger.

I certainly would have moved if I was concerned for a child of mine.
I was right next to it with the wife and two daughters, who couldn't stop laughing at what was happening, end of season and lots of people on the pi$$.

Let me just clarify my post, I didn't see any fighting, however if I was concerned for a child of mine then I would have moved and not moaned about something and nothing

So every young person who has a drink and steps over the line, should get the sack from their jobs ? There won't be many young people in jobs then.....even less than now.

So what actually happened?

I also didn't see any fighting, but let's not let the facts get in the way of a good story.
From what i saw....some drunk youngsters who possibly were stepping over the line not in a violent way, were met by stewards who didn't really know how to handle them and who panicked, resulting pushing and shoving. A mountain out of a mole hill springs to mind.
Nothing like a bit of lazy journalism. They would have had a better story with the 'Elf and Safety' situation in the away end "concourse". Call that a Premier League facility?

When I go to the beach for the last game of the season it would be nice if it was more like this place. But there you, not the perfect end to the season, but over 38 games not a bad campaign.

Some of the comments in that article are very very RACIST.
According to the comments the Palace fans were being shown out, which makes some sense given the leering tvvat in the black top. Who knows what went on. I doubt much racism was involved, certainly no sign from the comments. Xenophobia is another matter though. (Not that it matters).

The lad in the black top looked very much like one of Clarkeys lot from Neath to me.
I see the no shows down the road are as bizarre as ever as a result.
I can't even find words to describe some of their responses, surely they have people on that site who are genuinely embarrassed by them. The retards have so much bitterness spilling out of them at every Swansea story, good and bad it's affecting them very badly. Any crumb of warped comfort.
I don't think the two boys who I've seen pictures of being escorted round the pitch were thrown out of for fighting as far as I could make out. Just general behaviour which the stewards took exception to.
At half time however I did see a scuffle outside round the back between some guy with specs who you see at most away gAmes and an older bloke, only lasted 10 seconds at the most. But it did cause people to get pushed shoved and drop their drinks coz it was so full in that area.
