He's a bit old school and knows the club - the problem any manager will have is that they have a threadbare squad again and effectively have six weeks to get one together. You need someone who would have a Tony Parkes Thor figure alongside them - Young manager with a wise old head for support - worked with Grayon and Parkes and the only way it could work again.
