2009-10 for me. Just got more and more magical as it went on.
Same here Robbie. 3 0 win at the Riverside on Tues night, 5 1 win against Swanswa, Peterborough away it just kept getting better and then the piece de resistance (better than Wembley for me)

Strangely I'd agree the promotion to the Premier League season was better than the Prem season itself 😎

Another vote for 2009/10 and no , I don't expect to see the like again in my lifetime (unless there is a major sea change within the club)
Mine would be 84/85 - first proper season I can recollect players and games stood on the terrace with the old man - good times with none of today's greed and hate.
1984/85 - automatic promotion will always stand out but the promotion season to the Premier League probably can't be beaten in terms of being so against all the odds.

Must admit I've virtually forgotten what automatic promotion feels like

Where's the fun in automatic promotion?
The playoffs are the way to go; if you're in form and on a roll, there's no better feeling than seeing your team win a showpiece occasion knowing all of football is watching and know it means promotion.
Plus it's something the Nobbers haven't done so that's always amusing.

You experienced a League 1 play off win then Wizz?
Real fans go to pubs like the HITW or the Welly
