Jack to a king: The review 20:25 - Sep 12 with 36453 views | Plazex | RATING OUT OF 10-No, I am being serious. A big 10. It follows the story of Swansea from when they had the rollercoaster ride in 2001-2003 to where they are now. Some parts had the cinema laughing, especially the guys in the masks. Another part that was funny was the 'T.W.A.T.' Headline that had everyone laughing I'm not gonna say that much, It is around an hour 30 long. Seriously, it's worth the 9 quid or whatever it is.

Why is Jenkins old man in the film? I don't mean that in a derogatory way I'm just asking.

Back when the Swans were in the Vetch we had a Commercial Manager called Peter? from the West Country I had an interview wih him about working with the Commercial Team. During that discussion I suggested several ideas to him including half-time entertainment, a mascot and involving local personalities on match day (and suggested KJ. ) Soon after KJ began his appearances down the Vetch, Cyril made his first appearance and the half-time penalties appeared. I also suggested sell a named brick for the new stadium (as Sunderland did) but that never happened Peter ? left a few months after but some of his (?) legacy carries on today FACT

That's the fella - I think (it was a few years ago!) EDIT: Having read up on Peter Owen it defo wasn't him This guy was defo from the West Country, was very small time thinking (his big plan was to sell Swans weekly prize draw tickets house to house, a bit like the pools, so you build up a pool of customers and collect of them every week) His second name escapes me but it began with a C I think (I don't think he was with the club for long and I'm sure it was around 97/98 ish - before the revolution) [Post edited 16 Sep 2014 22:37]

From memory, Pete studied media or sports media at Uni in Stoke, he started off doing bits for SS? and obviously moved onto being employed by the Swans. He's a cracking lad is Pete, an absolute top fella, knows his Swans very well too

If it's the bloke I'm thinking of Paul, met up with him after the West Brom game. He's grown a beard now. Big Swans fan, had some great ideas to further the club during his time on the staff.
