Maybe £60m of that amount was created by building the Stadium and Training Facilities but they're not actually worth that amount because there's no one around who would consider buying them (is there another PL team in Cardiff we're unaware of ?). Property is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
So, what would VT do if someone offered him, say, £70m ? Refuse to sell is the answer. Why would he sell when the next 4 years parachute payments are about £60m. He can just take that and he'll still own the Club to do what he wanted with.

that 2nd to last paragraph says it all really. never thought of this. Although VT would need to get rid of the high running costs which are causing that club to hemorrhage money.
So high earners/players gone....season ticket price rise.....ticket price rises....his own staff (like the painter on work experience) to lower costs, maybe a name change then to attract more foreign investors/sponsors. What else I don't know.......
