Two years for Henderson

Dale have signed up Ian Henderson for a further two years.

This will be a great boost to Keith Hill as Hendo was one of the most influential players in the latter stages of last season, weighing in with a few goals as well.

This leaves Jason Kennedy, Rhys Bennett, Phil Edwards and Andrew Tutte as the only players out of contract from last season.

Our visit to Stoke City is on Boxing Day evening, with kick-off at 8pm, having been put back by our very good friends at Sky Sports.

This time we were made to work hard for our home win, but two late goals proved to be enough to take the points against Middlesbrough.
