LFW Pub Guide - Belushi's

The Belushi’s chain offers live sports and accommodation for home and away fans on the other side of Shepherds Bush Green.

Name of pub: Belushi's

Location: Opposite Shepherd's Bush Central Line station.

Size: Medium with a nice sized terrace area for smokers.

Selection of beers? Many good lagers to choose from and a smaller ale and cider stock.

Price of drinks? Average.

How full does it get on a matchday? Busy but not rammed. This includes when I was having a chat about Metal with some of the 50/60 Barnsley fans who came in complete with police escort.

How fit are the bar staff? Never seen the same one twice but once there was a nice Kiwi girl there.

How long does it take to walk to the ground from there? Ten minutes if you are tall and walk quickly.

Sky Sports/ESPN? Both.

Suitable for away fans? Yes, I was drinking with them.

Suitable for families and kids? Not really, it's a Belushi's.

What's the smoking situation? See above

Beer garden? See above

As far as pub toilets go, just how bad are these? Very clean urinals in the shape of lips....

Does it serve food and is it any good? Yes it serves food but like Clinton I never partook.

Trendy modern bar, traditional pub or somewhere in between? Modern 'sport's bar'

In one sentence why should people visit/steer clear of this pub? I'd alight there as they play lots of rock music whenever I've been in and it doesn't take ages to get served.
